ENERGY
Our energy networks enable us to supply all our customers with steam (32bar / 6bar), HT / BT electricity and natural gas.
FLUID UTILITIES
Depending on the needs of our customers, we continuously supply them with fluids and utilities such as: drinking water, demineralized water, well water, nitrogen, compressed air, hydrogen, CO2, etc.
WATER MANAGEMENT
Our network collects wastewater to a treatment plant and a storm basin (15,000m3 ) thus ensuring compliance with discharge into the natural environment. Our teams are competent in monitoring atmospheric discharges, administrative waste management and monitoring soil and groundwater.
LOGISTICS
Our Dangerous Goods Transport Safety Advisor (CSTMD) and his teams manage all flows of materials entering and leaving the Platform by rail or road. They ensure administrative formalities, weighing, as well as the management of exports in rail mode. He coordinates the wagon traction operations within the Platform and also ensures the sending and monitoring of product samples sent outside.
24/7 SECURE ACCESS MANAGEMENT
The Platform is under continuous surveillance. We take care of pedestrian and vehicle entry controls, postal mail management and parcel deliveries.
EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS
Our teams manage the single Internal Operation Plan (POI) for the entire Platform. We are able to immediately mobilize significant fire and chemical risk intervention resources 24/7.
PREVENTION, HEALTH AT WORK, SOCIAL
The Platform benefits from a Prevention and Health at Work service dedicated to the companies hosted.
A social worker responds to the various issues of the Platform’s employees.
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
Our mechanical workshop, expert in rotating machines, provides industrial mechanical services on demand:
- Vibration analysis (conditional maintenance)
- Repairs, machining, balancing, mechanical welding and piping
Our industrial warehouse gives you access to 18,000 standard items held in stock on site (spare parts, consumables, PPE, etc.). It can also accommodate your specific parts.
INSPECTION AND CONTROLS OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
Our inspection service recognized by the DREAL takes care of the regulatory monitoring of equipment in company installations:
- Pressure Equipment (PE)
- Equipment falling within the framework of the Industrial Installations Modernization Plan (PM2I).
LABORATORIES
Our laboratory teams have mastered the analysis techniques to meet your needs in:
- Analysis of finished products, raw and intermediate materials (process monitoring) and effluents
- Installation and monitoring of self-monitoring equipment in your facilities
TRAINING CENTER - FRANÇOIS VERGUIN HIGH SCHOOL
The training center, Qualiopi certified, meets the needs of companies, the Platform or external with general, technical, regulatory, managerial training, etc. (Catalog)
The high school provides initial and work-study training for your potential future employees with the BAC Pro in Chemistry, Water and Paper and Cardboard Processes (PCEPC).
